As a part of VACT activities EELS association of Electrical & Electronics Engineering Department organized a career guidance session for Second & Third Year EEE Students on 8th August 2017 in Fr. Fred Seminar Hall. Mr Alric D’Souza, Project Consultant, SELCO Foundation was the resource person. During his Talk Mr Alric shared his experience to sensitize the challenges faced by young audience on the current placement and the challenges during initial phase of their career. He advised the young audience to show patience during the first few years after graduation and be passionate about their work. He also advised them to be prepared to expect the unexpected and smartly sort out the professional issues with a clear mind. The talk was appreciated by all young students & faculty present on occasion. The talk ended by thanking the guest speaker for giving an insight on the topic. Around 70 students attended the talk.
