The second workshop on student empowerment through leadership and communication training was organised at Government First Grade College (G.F.G.C), Kaup for the M.Com students by the students of 1st year MBA, Mr Rohan Pai , Ms Reena Sequeira and Ms Nisha Dias, under the guidance of Dr Prakash Pinto,Dean, Department of Business Administration and Mr Vinish P, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration on 24th April 2018 at G.F.G.C Campus.
The workshop was organised as a part of the institutions's commitment towards strengthening the Educational Social Responsibility. Multiple activities on analytical thinking, observation skills, team management and situation handling were conducted by the students followed by a short discussion on real time applications and skills to focus on for overall development of oneself. The session was ideal for peer_to_peer learning (P2P) and confidence building.
The participants appreciated the training skills of MBA Students and expressed the inspiration from the workshop to acquire similar skills displayed by their peers.
