The Department of Business Administration has organized an Alumni Interaction session by Prajna Jyothi Dsouza, Manager-HR , Mangalore Internet City and Batch of 2010, for I year MBA Students on 17th December 2018 at 10.30 am in Spoorthi Hall, 7th Floor, Academic Block III.
Mr Vinish P, Assistant Professor, MBA introduced Ms Prajna and welcomed the gathering. Ms Prajna spoke about her experience in multiple industries and how her experience at leading organisations like TATA motors helped her to manage end-to-end HR operations. She connected various functions of a good HR from theory to practice and insisted on strong fundamentals in their area of specialization. She also highlighted the importance of holistic learning and not to confine the boundaries of MBA mere to their specialization.
She assured internship opportunities to current batch of students and advised to be updated to face interviews. She concluded her talk by sharing the job opportunities in and out of Mangalore City, which was followed by queries from the audience. Mr Vinish P, Faculty of MBA, proposed the vote of thanks.
