The Prodigi Student Association of the ECE Department had organized an Interactive session for the Final Year students by Mr Shashank V M, Associate Engineer Qualcomm, Bangalore as well as the alumni of ECE 2020-21 batch.
The session began at 2:30 pm in Spoorthi Hall ,7th floor, Academic Block III. Ms Avila Priya Pinto, Prodigi Coordinator welcomed the Resource person as well as the participants. She introduced the resource person.
Mr Shashank spoke about 5G Technology and its evolution, Artificial Intelligence revolution, Interdependence of AI and 5G technology, Job creation in various domains, Open sources available, Industries open to ECE graduates, Skills required for ECE students to fetch good jobs, Mentorship programs by LINUX, Open Source technology. He also spoke on how to memorize the leaings and suggested few books for reference. He also shared his experience at Qualcomm. At the end of
the session, Mr Shashank interacted with the students and answered various questions .
Ms Avila Priya Pinto, Prodigi Coordinator handed over the Appreciation letter and thanked the Mr Shashank V M for having a fruitful interaction with the students. The session was well organized and appreciated by everyone.
Objectives of the workshop:
Ø Students will be able to explore various job opportunities for the ECE graduates in Industries.
Ø Students will be able to know the various online leaing tools and mentorship programs in order to lea the cutting edge technologies and build the resume.
