St. Joseph Engineering College (SJEC), Vamanjoor, Mangalore hosted a session on "Constitutional Awareness" , conducted by the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Karnataka. The Social worker, Mr. Girish Navada, led the program. The rights and obligations that citizens have under the constitution were elucidated by the students of SJEC.
