PARTICIPATION IN THE NATIONAL TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM 2025

All India Catholic University Federation (AICUF), SJEC Unit participated in the National Transformative Leadership Program held from 13th to 17th August, 2025 at Indian Social Institute(ISI), Benson Town, Bengaluru. The program was based on the theme “Human Rights and Citizenship” and brought together AICUF leaders and members from across five South Indian States. The sessions focused on building transformative leadership rooted in justice, equality and solidarity. Participants engaged in workshops, discussions, social projects and interactive activities designed to empower youth in promoting human rights and responsible citizenship in today’s society.

The following students of AICUF SJEC were part of it :

• Salomi D Souza, VII Sem CSE, President of AICUF Karnataka State Council and AICUF SJEC. 
• Sanjothomas V S, III Sem CSE, Vice President of AICUF SJEC 

The students actively took part in the programme and played a major role in organising, planning and conduction of the event as well. Salomi D Souza was one of the lead organisers as part of the local organising committee (LOC). Overall, the program was an enriching experience that strengthened their leadership capabilities and inspired them to implement new initiatives in their respective units and communities.
