Associate Professor
As an educator and researcher in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering, my teaching philosophy is built on the belief that engineering education should ignite curiosity, inspire innovation, and instill lifelong learning. I view my classroom as a dynamic learning environment where students not only acquire technical knowledge but also develop critical thinking, teamwork, and ethical values that prepare them for real-world challenges.
I strive to bridge the gap between theory and practice by integrating hands-on experiments, simulation tools, and industry-based projects into my teaching. Concepts in signal processing, communication systems, and embedded technologies become meaningful when students experience their real-time applications. I encourage students to question, explore, and experiment—cultivating both analytical and creative skills.
Recognizing that each student learns differently, I adopt a blended teaching approach, combining lectures, problem-based learning, and digital resources. Continuous feedback, mentorship, and peer learning are key components of my teaching. My goal is to create an inclusive environment where every student feels valued and motivated to perform at their best.
As a researcher, I integrate research insights into teaching, exposing students to emerging trends such as IoT, AI in communication systems, and sustainable electronics. I believe that involving students in research and mini-projects early in their academic journey strengthens their confidence and employability.
Ultimately, I define my success as a teacher not merely by how much content I deliver, but by how much curiosity, confidence, and competence, I can inspire in my students. My mission is to nurture responsible engineers who combine technical expertise with human values to contribute positively to society.
