The Department of Business Administration conducted the PBL Pitch and Design Thinking Workshop for MBA students on 19 November 2025 at 11:00 AM, in collaboration with IQAC and the Department of Computer Applications. The workshop was designed to expose students to structured innovation techniques and guide them in transforming business challenges into actionable solutions. The resource person led the participants through various stages of design thinking empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing using relatable business scenarios and practical illustrations. Students were encouraged to work in teams, brainstorm creatively, and justify their ideas with logical reasoning and user-focused insights. The workshop also emphasized the importance of effective pitching, helping students understand how to communicate their ideas with clarity, confidence, and impact. Through interactive tasks, discussions, and real-time feedback, the session helped MBA students develop a deeper appreciation for experiential learning and its relevance in modern management education. It also equipped them with skills that support critical thinking, decision-making, collaboration, and innovative mindset formation. The program received positive feedback from students for its engaging format, and the efforts of faculty coordinators Mr Roopesh and Dr Shakila B along with the conveners Dr. Binu K G and Dr. Pavana Kumara B ensured the smooth organization and overall success of the workshop.
