SJEC Men's Chess team participated and secured Winners SJEC Women's Chess team participated and secured Runner Up in the VTU Rest of Bengaluru Division Chess Championship held at SJMIT, Chitradurga on 15 & 16 July 2024 and the teams also participated in the VTU State Level Chess Championship held at BMSCE, Bengaluru on 18 & 19 July 2024.
