St. Joseph Engineering College has been the most enthralling journey of my life. It has been an institute which has helped me nurture my skills as an engineer and grow in leaps and bounds. SJEC has given me the support and confidence to grow both personally and professionally. The faculty have been a great support with their tireless efforts in my upbringing as an engineer. They have supported me not only in academics but also in extra-curricular activities. Our college campus is one of the most beautiful campuses with greenery around and provides various facilities from a well-stocked library to well-equipped laboratories. The placements in our college have been great in the past few years. The placement officer and the staff have been putting their best efforts to ensure that each and every student has a job in hand. The constant support provided by the placement officer has given us the confidence to do well in our placements. This college has been like a family and I will always remember and cherish every moment of my life spent here.

Having spent the last four years in this esteemed institution, I have witnessed a tremendous change in my life may it be on the academic front or even on a personal level. The campus, surrounded by beautiful greenery provides an ideal platform for growth and improvement leading to the formation of bright young individuals determined to make an impact in the coming future. The placement cell of the college also works tirelessly to provide the students with numerous opportunities in the industry that allows them to step into the professional world seamlessly. In a short span of time, the college has already produced exceptional results and continues to improve the quality of education it provides with each passing year.

Leaving the comfort of my home, my city, my friends and moving to a new city not knowing the obstacles I'd be facing took alot of convincing. I recall walking through the hallway of St Joseph looking around, not knowing what to expect. The lush green landscaping around the campus not only enhances it beauty and creates a conducive environment for studying but brings about the awareness of an eco-friendly environment along with a sense of home, considering my Goan roots. Not merely academically oriented, but extra curricular activities are highly encouraged by the institution. Being a part of the table tennis team helped me find a student life balance, allowing me to rejuvenate and cultivate my love for sports. The vast variety and quality of placements offered by some of the best companies in our country at this institution prove that St Joseph not only cares about your present education but also the security of your future. Four years down, I sit here and reminisce about the memories and adventures I've experienced. I realise that St Joseph wasn’t just a college; it gave me a home and friends I can call family.
