The FDP on "Scientific Foundations of Health" was organized by the ChemAtom, Department of Chemistry in association with Department of Chemistry on 27 February, 28 February and 01 March 2023 at Prerana Hall of St Joseph Engineering College, Vamanjoor between 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The FDP was open to all faculty and students of SJEC. The attendees very much appreciated the content presented. The details of the FDP are as follows,

Overall Feedback from the participants

 They leat the causes of mental and physical health from the society and how to get rid of it.

 Interdisciplinary approach and knowledge of disease and illness

 The speaker had a very good experience dealing with the actual subjects in the villages, which shows his vast knowledge in the field.

 Knowledge about risk and health hazards due to alcohol abuse.

 Doctor made us to understand how can we maintain healthy lifestyle and her session was interesting and interactive.
