Inauguration of the AgentBlazer Club, an insightful session on Agentforce.

Department of Computer Science and Engineering has inaugurated the AgenBlazer Club. On 5th August 2025. As part of the inauguration of the AgentBlazer Club, an insightful session on Agentforce was conducted by Mr. Santhosh Rebello (University Program Manager, Salesforce) and Mr. Stephen Pinto (Engagement Delivery Manager, Salesforce & alumnus of SJEC).

The inauguration of the AgentBlazer Club was held with great enthusiasm, marking the beginning of a platform dedicated to fostering leadership, innovation, and excellence. The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Mr. Santosh Rebello (University Program Manager, Salesforce) and the Guest of Honor, Mr. Stephen Pinto (Engagement Delivery Manager, Salesforce & SJEC alumnus). The presence of the Director, Principal, faculty, and students added to the significance of the occasion.

The programme began with the escorting of dignitaries, followed by a prayer and a warm welcome address by Dr. Melwyn D’Souza, HOD of Computer Science.

The ceremonial lighting of the lamp symbolized wisdom and positivity.

In his address, Mr. Santosh Rebello emphasized that opportunity is with everyone—it is up to us how we make use of it. He spoke about bridging the role–radiance gap and expressed gratitude to Salesforce and the college for creating opportunities for students.

The Guest of Honor, Mr. Stephen Pinto, inspired students to upskill continuously, gather knowledge, and keep learning, stressing the importance of adaptability in today’s fast-changing world.

The Principal, Dr. Rio D’Souza, encouraged students to recognize opportunities and take them upon themselves, reminding that growth comes from making the best use of every chance given.

A felicitation ceremony was lead by Ms Nisha Roche  and a Vote of Thanks by Mr. Reuben Saldanha, Student President of the club, followed.

In conclusion, the inauguration was a memorable and meaningful event, laying the foundation for a vibrant community of leaders and innovators. The entire program was coordinated by Mr Keith Fernandes and Ms Nisha Roche.
