A webinar on "Python-The language of tomorrow" was organized on 7th October 2017 in Sophia Chamber of Academic Block-III for the third year Computer Science and Engineering students by CIPHER, the student association of CSE. The webinar was conducted by Mr Deepak Singh, a core member of the Monkfox team.
Monkfox is a startup company founded by a group of IITians and works in the domain of education. Monkfox conducts workshops and training on various technologies for engineering students and faculty.
The webinar highlighted the need of Python programming language, it's history, features, advantages, why is Python the language of tomorrow and areas of the IT industry that use Python. Mr Singh also gave ideas regarding the final year projects that can be carried out using Python. The webinar ended with a brief question and answer session.
