On the occasion of World No Tobacco Day 2024, a programme was organized by AICUF, SJEC Unit under CCG in association with Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering on 31st May 2024 at 4 pm in Spoorthi Hall. Mr. Joysun Dsouza, Staff Co-ordinator, AICUF, SJEC Unit took the stage and mentioned the dangers of Tobacco consumption and why one should avoid it. The faculty of SJEC and AICUF members of SJEC read informative quotes on the dangers of Tobacco consumption and why one has to say no to Tobacco Consumption. These individual messages were video recorded and shared in the AICUF SJEC instagram page thus informing a large section of the public to avoid tobacco consumption.
Ms Jayalakshmi, CCG Head, SJEC and Ms Florence Nishmitha, Asst Prof, Dept of ECE, SJEC also read the informative quotes along with other AICUF members.
