The Department of Business Administration, St. Joseph Engineering College, Mangaluru, organized Book Review Series - A Peer to Peer Book Reviews Presentation on Entrepreneurship on 30 July 2025 for First Year MBA students. Five students from First year MBA, B section presented the summary, key takeaways and their insights on popular entrepreneurship books.
Ms Prathiksha S Salian presented a review on the book, E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber. Ms Shreya R. reflected on book titled Secrets of next level Entrepreneurs by Alex Brueckmann. Ms Sonal B D’Souza discussed about the book, From Zero to One by Peter Thiel. Ms Supreetha briefed and reviewed the book, The Lean Start up by Eric Ries. Ms Thejakshi articulated strategic learnings from the book, Start with Why by Simon Sinek. The presentations were very informative, enriching and inspiring for future entrepreneurial pursuits.
Dr Prakash Pinto, Professor and Dean, Department of Business Administration, addressing the students, encouraged them to take up such opportunities and platforms for developing intellectually and professionally. Ms Sinchana B., student- I MBA, anchored the session supported by Mr Johnson Joy, student – I MBA. Dr Jagadeesha B., Professor and HoD , Department of Mathematics, Faculty Coordinator - Dr Babitha Rohit, Genesis Coordinator – Mr Nelson Marvin Fernandes and Faculty of the Department of Business Administration were present for the session.
