The Department of Business Administration organized two day outbound training program at Marian College Kuttikkanam, Kerala for second year MBA students on 18th and 19th November 2025 for Batch A and 19th and 20th November 2025 for Batch B. The programme was designed with a strong emphasis on play-based learning and learning by doing, enabling participants to actively engage in team-building tasks and collaborative challenges. Customized activities specific for MBA students with games on HR, Finance and Marketing was conducted. Pedagogy based on experiential sharing helps students not only to understand the concepts but also helps in applying them. The goal of this program is to make students aware of global concepts through fun learning process.
The students expressed great appreciation and provided positive feedback for the programme. The Dr Shakila B, Associate Prof and Mr Cherian Xavier, Assistant Prof accompanied the MBA Batch A students and Ms Manjula K and Nelson Marwin Fernandes accompanied MBA Batch B Students for the training program.
