A project exhibition was conducted by the Department of Computer Applications for the IV semester MCA students on August 20, 2024, from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in computer lab III (1408). Mr. Karthik and Mr. Arshad, associate software engineers from PWC, were the judges for the event. Dr. Hareesh B, Head of the Department, explained the importance of exhibiting projects. Around 25 students participated in the exhibition. All the projects were closely evaluated by the judges, and prizes were announced. The first prize won by Subhashini, Anish Rupert D. Souza, and Jovita for the project titled Holy Spirit Church Portal. The second prize was shared by two teams: Floyden Monteiro, Ajay Nishanth Lobo for the project Alumean, and Anvith Shenoy B for the project News Snap, a news application. Dr Hareesh B handed over the token of appreciation to both the judges. Mr. Murari BK and Ms. Priyadarshini P were the conveners of the program.
