The Department of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) organized a heartfelt Farewell Program for the outgoing students of Batch 2023–2025 on Thursday, 14th August 2025, at the Kalam Auditorium. The event was organized to bid farewell to the graduating students and to celebrate their memorable journey in the department.
The program commenced with a warm welcome, Ms. Sannidhi N Shetty served as the Master of Ceremony, ensuring the smooth flow of the event, while Mr. Harshith B hosted the program with great enthusiasm.
The Vice Principal, Dr. Purushothama Chippar, addressed the gathering and extended his best wishes to the outgoing batch, encouraging them to pursue their dreams with determination and confidence. Dr Hareesh B, Head of the Department of MCA spoke on the occasion, expressing pride in the students’ accomplishments and offering valuable advice for their professional and personal growth.
As part of the program, prizes and certificates were distributed to achievers in various events by Dr. Purushothama Chippar and Dr. Hareesh B, recognizing their outstanding performances and contributions throughout the year.
The students presented a variety of cultural performances, including songs, dances, and skits, making the evening lively and memorable. The event was filled with emotions, laughter, and nostalgia as students shared their experiences and expressed gratitude to their teachers and peers.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by group photographs and an informal interaction among students and faculty. The farewell celebration was a fitting tribute to the outgoing batch, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another in their lives.
