We pleased to announce the successful signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC), Mangaluru, and the District Small Industries Association (DSIAM), Mangaluru, on 7th August 2024 at SJEC.
This MoU aims to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry, advancing education, facilitating industry-relevant training, and creating career opportunities for students. By integrating industry professionals into our academic initiatives and fostering joint research programs, we are committed to bridging the gap between education and industry for the betterment of society.
The MoU was signed by Rev. Fr Wilfred Prakash D'Souza, Director, SJEC, and Mr Vishal L Salian, President, DSIAM, Mangaluru. We were honored to have Dr Rio D’Souza, Principal; Mr Rakesh Lobo, HR Manager; Dr Prakash Pinto, Dean MBA; Dr Shakila B, Associate Professor, MBA; Mr Glenson Toney, Training Coordinator; and Ms Diana Monteiro, Collaborations Officer from SJEC. DSIAM was represented by Mr Nikhil D'Silva, Treasurer, and Guruprasad K, Manager.
