Assistant Professor
I am a Graduate and Post Graduate from NITK who was looking for challenging profession involving interaction with young budding Engineers. I intend to give the best of the technical inputs to the young graduates who were almost my age when I started teaching at ST Joseph Engineering College, Vamanjoor back in the year 2005. In the time span of work experience of 20 years, which included short stints at Kirloskar Ferrous as GET and at NITK as a lecturer, I have taken up teaching assignments (Theory & Practical) in areas of Power System, Electric Machines, Electric Vehicles and Renewable Energy Sources.
The Theme which has been the back bone of my teaching wisdom is “Strive to be the best in every action performed to facilitate learning”. I have a Professional goal of being the Best Facilitator of Outcome Based Engineering Education, thereby contributing to the success of” Team E&E “of ST JOSEPH ENGINEERING COLLEGE, Mangaluru. I have mentored many innovative projects which have been fiunded by KSCST and have won prizes at reputed competitions. My research interest include solar DC systems and battery technologies used in electric vehicles.
