I am Divya K Pai, an Assistant Professor at St. Joseph Engineering College. I joined the institution in 2004 as a lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronics. Over the years, I have taught a variety of subjects, including PLC and SCADA, Basic Electrical and Electronics, Power system protection, Power System Analysis, High Voltage Engineering, Control Systems, and DC and AC Machines.etc
My objective in teaching is to inspire and equip students with a strong foundation in electrical and electronics engineering, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for lifelong learning. I aim to create an engaging and supportive learning environment where students can thrive academically and develop the competencies needed to excel in their professional careers..
My short-term goal i\mplement innovative teaching methods into my curriculum. By doing so, I aim to enhance the learning experience, ensuring that students are well-versed in current industry practices and trends.
My long-term goal is to contribute significantly to the academic and professional community by conducting impactful research and publishing my findings in reputed journals.Ultimately, I aim to play a key role in shaping the next generation of engineers who will drive innovation and progress in the industry.
