K. Manjula is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at St. Joseph Engineering College (SJEC),  Mangalore. As an academic professional, she is involved in various educational and administrative activities within the department. Her field of interest lies in Behavioural Finance, Economics, management, marketing, finance, human resources, and other related fields. Her other interests are:

1.      Engaging in research activities, contributing to academic journals, conferences, and other scholarly platforms.

2.      Mentoring and advising students on their academic and career paths, including guiding them through project work, internships, and other practical experiences.

3.      Participating in the development and updating of the curriculum to ensure it meets current academic and industry standards.

4.      Involvement in various departmental initiatives, events, and collaborations with industry partners.
