As an engineering college faculty, I see myself not just as a teacher, but as a mentor, guide, and lifelong learner.

My approach blends structured theory with hands-on experience, so students gain both knowledge and confidence. I also believe in supporting students beyond academics—whether it’s through research projects, career advice, or simply listening. Watching them grow into competent and responsible professionals is the most rewarding part of my job.

In the classroom, I aim to create an environment where students feel encouraged to think critically, ask questions, and apply concepts beyond textbooks.
