I am Melisha Shalini Pinto, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Applications. I have completed my postgraduate degree (MCA) and am enthusiastic about guiding students in computer science and related fields.
As I begin my teaching career, I aim to create a positive and interactive classroom environment. I believe in simplifying concepts, encouraging practical learning, and growing alongside my students. I am also keen on continuous improvement as an educator.

A research paper titled "Lip Movement Detection in Konkani Using Deep Neural Networks" was
