The Department of Business Administration had organized a Two-day Outbound training program for the students of 3 rd semester, MBA as on 12 th and 13 th of October, 2018 at Talakaveri, Madikeri. This Outbound training is designed to make students understand talent management, succession planning, various aspects of finance, Segmentation & Positioning and make students run a company in simulated environment.

The second year MBA students along with the faculty coordinator left SJEC campus early moing at 6.00 a.m and reached Madikeri at 12.30pm. They were received by the Resource person Mr. Ramani Venkat at the venue who immediately gave them instructions and rules to participate in the training program. Later the students had their lunch and the training began at 2.30 pm. Mr. Ramani Venkat, a motivational speaker and trainer along with his team lead the students to apply strategic methods to solve problems so as to become a successful entrepreneur. At 9.00pm, a cultural program was organized by the students followed by a Campfire.

Next day, the training commenced at 6.00a.m through 1.30 pm having a quick breakfast at 8.30 a.m. After lunch the activities continued till 3.30pm. Later the students and the whole team of trainers packed their bags with excitement to visit Talakaveri Temple while retuing back home to SJEC. The outbound training was coordinated by Ms K.Manjula, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration.
