The ISTE-SJEC Student Chapter conducted a talk on Exploring Project Ideas by Mr Rakesh Joshi , Application Engineer – R & D from Swadeshee, Pangala for the 6 th semester CSE students on 4 th May 2018 at 2.00 pm in the Spoorthi Hall of Academic Block-III.
The session commenced with a welcome address by Mr Shreenath Acharya, Faculty Coordinator – ISTE Student Chapter from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. He introduced the resource person to the audience. The resource person began with introduction of the requirement of a very good project work to enhance the value of the resume in order to get better placements. He also provided various ideas and examples of projects that could be implemented by the students in various topics areas like IoT, Microcontrollers, Cloud Computing, Image processing, Wireless Networks and controlling them through web based UI or Mobile based apps.
The resource person discussed the importance of project implementation at least with a combination of two different technologies in order to master in two different areas. He also stressed upon carrying out hardware oriented inter-disciplinary projects. Mr Shreenath Acharya presented a memento to the resource person as a token of gratitude for spending his valuable time with the students by providing guidance towards project idea selection and thanked everybody who is involved in making this talk possible.
