Program started with NSS anthem sung by NSS Volunteers followed by welcoming the gathering by Ms Aniceta, Student Coordinator of NSS unit.
Rev. Fr Wilfred Prakash D’Souza, Director, Rev. Fr Alwyn D’Souza –Asst Director, Dr Rio D’Souza- Principal, Mr Rakesh Lobo- HR Manager, Mr Ajithanjaya Kumar, Chair Person Sports and Community Group, Mr Rajesh K – Faculty Coordinator NSS, faculty members and Student Volunteers present.
Rev Fr Wilfred Prakash D’Souza inaugurated the program by planting a sandal plant. He said that not only planting a sapling but taking care of the planted saplings is also the responsibility of the student volunteers.
Dr Rio D’Souza talked about the importance of planting of saplings and this should be done by students even after joining to jobs.
Ms Aniceta proposed the vote of thanks.
