Mr Saurabh Jain from 99Games, 2010 passed out ECE Alumnus and Ms Shilpa Shenoy, 2016 passed out ECE Alumnus from KarMic Design Pvt Ltd, addressed the V & VII semester ECE students. Ms Shilpa was accompanied by Mr Madan B, Director, KarMic Design Pvt Ltd and MrPringal D’souza, Member of Technical Staff, KarMic Design Pvt Ltd.
Mr Saurabh Jain spoke about data analytics, which is an upcoming area in the gaming industry. He also shared his experience about the gaming industry and the requirements and expectations of the industry from the students. He stressed upon the importance of having strong technical knowledge in order to progress in the industry. He also shared his experience of doing MBA and importance of higher studies.
Ms Shilpa along with Mr Madan B and Mr Pringal D’Souza spoke about the working environment in KarMic Design Pvt Ltd. They stressed on applying the theoretical concepts in applications. This will help the students to gain more knowledge and exposure to industry. They also spoke about the requirement of the industry.
