SJEC Men & Women Powerlifting team participated in VTU State Level Powerlifting Championship held at KLE GIT, Belagavi on 7 & 8 September 2023. Mr Hrithik Chand I year MBA secured 1 Place in 105 kg category powerlifting championship by lifting Squat 247 kg, Bench Press 132 kg and Deadlift 230 kg total weight of 609 kg. Ms Shubra Rai I year CS secured 3 Place in 63 kg category powerlifting championship by lifting Squat 20 kg, Bench Press 28 kg and Deadlift 90 kg total weight of 138 Kg.
