VolleyBall (MEN)
SJEC organised the VTU Mangalore Zone Men Volleyball Touament on 18 th & 19 th , February 2014 at the College Ground. Twenty teams participated out of 23 Colleges. Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management won the touament. Alva’s Institute of Engineering & Technology is the runners-up. SJEC bagged the 3 rd position, followed by MITE – Moodbidri at 4 th position.
Mr Ahmed Aslam of Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management was awarded the Best Spiker of the touament. Mr Abhishek Amin of Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management was awarded the Best Passer of the touament, and Mr Ajith Kumar of Alva’s Institute of Engineering & Technology was awarded the Best Allrounder of the touament.
