I am a dedicated educator with a strong commitment to fostering a student-centered curriculum and promoting student creativity. Currently, I serve as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at St. Joseph Engineering College, Mangaluru, Karnataka. I hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from St. Joseph Engineering College under Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), with a thesis titled “Investigation on Production Optimization, Performance Evaluation & Emission Characteristics of Vateria Indica based Hybrid Biodiesel on CI Engine.” I also hold an M.Tech in Thermal Power Engineering from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, and a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Vivekananda College of Engineering, Puttur. With 12 years of teaching experience, I have held various academic positions, including lecturer, assistant professor, and now as associate professor. I have published more than 15 research papers in reputable international journals and conferences. My research interests include internal combustion engines, biofuels, combustion analysis, heat transfer, and computer-integrated applications. In addition to my teaching and research responsibilities, I am an active reviewer for various reputed journals and a life member of several engineering and technical associations. I am deeply committed to continuous learning, developing new skills, and expanding my knowledge, with a passion for advancing engineering education and fostering a creative and engaging learning environment for my students.
