Training session on Management of Hazardous Chemicals in Hospitals

A training session for the hospital staff of Father Muller Medical College Hospital (FMMCH) on "Management of Hazardous Chemicals in Hospitals" on 13th December 2025 at 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at FMMCH was conducted as a part of the ongoing MoU with them.

The session aimed to enhance staff awareness and ensure safe handling, proper storage, and effective spill management of hazardous chemicals within the institution. The training covered the following key topics:

• Categories of hazardous chemicals
• Safe handling procedures
• Proper storage methods
• Chemical spill management

Onsite training was provided with the use of ppt, activities and demonstration on safe handling of chemicals.
